Muscle Building Story

I Want to be like Vince - The Muscle Building Trainer

Since I watched 'bodybuilder athletes' competing in the gym, I dreamed of walking on stage in a posing suit in front of hundreds of people and showing off my body, like them. And finally on 30 September 2009 I decided to find a place of training to build good muscle. Because I was shy type person, so I tried to find ebook or video that can teach me to practice at home alone. I found Many article About How to build muscle from the net for free. However, that free ebook training methods and his props makes me dizzy. Although there are some benefits of it for me

Some of the Tips that I get for free to build muscle quickly( You can do this too ):
1. Eat more higher quality foods. We should not be afraid to get fat if we want to build muscle fast. Make sure We increase the protein content and increase the calories as we get bigger.

2. Lift the weight and staying true to the core motion exercises. We want to work several muscles at once and able to lift as much weight as possible. We allow core exercises to do this. We still want to stick to 6-8 reps, even if we lift heavy

3. Do not miss practice. We will not build muscle if we continue to miss practice. Stay focused on track.

4. Add some creatine for Our diet. If we have money, take 5 grams of creatine monohydrate daily. Has proven to be one of the most effective and safe supplements to build muscle for 10 years.

5. Do not be too much work Our self. Training more often are not going to grow muscle faster. If we more rest we get, it will allow us to grow more muscle.

And Here are a few exercises that I do to build muscle at my home:
Push-ups – These are a stand-by of most home workout routines. They are perfect for building muscle. You can also change the angle that you work from by elevating your feet on a chair, a step, or even a coffee table.
Curls – Hope fully you have dumbbells, if you do not you can use anything that can be held securely in your hand
Tricep Press – Place a chair 3-4 feet in front of Me, and hold the top of the chair-back with both hands.Press Myself up from the chair-back by straightening My arms.
Lunges – I use a set of dumbbells to do lunges in My house. Hold the dumbbells down by my waist as I lunge in place or a walking lunge.
Calf raises – These are one of the easier exercises to do at home. Sitting in a chair, with my feet on a block, place my free weights on top of a board laid across my knees.

Then I know There are limits to the amount of weight training I can do at home. But the weight training I do at home is a lot more effective than anything else I choose to do at home. Until I am comfortable or able to go to a gym, building muscle at home is the best option. I know that the same things apply at home that would apply at a gym. I Never put Myself into danger with risky exercises.

I always looking for and ask my self :
"Do I want to build muscle fast? "
"How Much you wish to become the bodybuilder ?"
That question always comes up in My head. Until finally I found the best training program to pack on serious muscle in minimal amounts of time.

The first time I visited the site, I saw the usual things, like other bodybuilding sites:

I certainly do not directly buy the products offered.
I collect all information from all similar sites .
And finally I decided that Vince's site I choose

Here are a few reasons why I chose a guide to build muscle from Vince :
  • I like his “no-nonsense” style of delivering information. As I went through the information.
  • Vince can show detailed of the important aspects of ways to build muscle fast; how muscle is built, recovery, nutrition, supplementation, injury prevention, cardio, and the training program. Although Vince is very well educated on all of the material presented, he delivers the information in layman’s terms and a listing format that anybody can use effectively and immediately.
  • Vince focus on nutrition as a whole, not just the macro-nutrients. Sure, Vince including a list of foods we should eat, and foods we should not eat and have a "plan ahead" philosophy of not-failed to eat. Just so there is no suspicion, there were twelve 84-day meal plan to take a shopping list to guess what to eat. Discussion of nutritional time to get muscle and fat storage of important information.
  • He tell me that injury prevention should be of paramount concern for any trainee.. Injury is a delay mechanism that can easily turn into a denial mechanism if not properly treated. Injury prevention is given a dedicated chapter that explores the possible causes of injury and how to address them. Even the training program starts with addressing possible sources of injury first. I think this is one of a great chapter.
  • In one chapter, I was told that the program is balanced in many different ways; how to build muscle, recovery, nutrition, supplementation, injury prevention, cardio, and training programs. However, trainees will be out of the program with a balanced physical - is clear. All aspects of the program they are treated with reasonable diligence to maximize the environmental benefits to the muscles, and injury-free aesthetic.

In some important points from the mental side of training. Key aspects such as goal setting is discussed is, how do you talk to your self (in dialogue), performance vs. outcome, commitment, deadlines, preparation, etc. Vince did a great job seeing the mental side of training from the perspective of the image (a VERY important) I want to see some emphasis on visualization during training as well. Personally, I have been using visualization techniques throughout my coaching career with great success. I believe that everyone can benefit from learning how to picture every rep, including how to feel heavy, the weight of each set.

Overall I can give a summary of the guide is written well, easy to follow ebook is 215 pages to the point.
